NWIC Community Education offers a variety of courses to assist people in being more effective in their lives. There are workshops for identifying unique strengths and finding ways to fulfill one’s interests and goals. The Conflict Resolution class teaches people how to deal tactfully with challenging interpersonal situations, which allows for harmonious relationships and better customer service.

The Learning Skills Enhancement assessment provides specific identification of areas where motor and mental learning abilities can be improved. The associated training exercises help people read faster and retain more of what they read. This technologically advanced training also improves critical aspects of human development, such as basic thinking, organizing, academic achievement, and coordination.
