Meet the Northwest Indian College Foundation Board of Directors:
The Northwest Indian College Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors. The NWICF Board of Directors is a group of very dedicated people who believe in the mission and goals of Northwest Indian College. All board members and officers are volunteers. The NWICF Board is supported by the Northwest Indian College Development Office staff.

Larry Kinley is a Lummi Tribal member. He is currently the Senior Tribal Advisor at the Sycuan Nation in El Cajon, CA.
