DESCRIPTION:NWIC Traditional Plants and Foods Coordinator Lora Boome is hosting a workshop making body lotion bars\, rose perfume and natural lip balm using herbal infused oils of the nootka rose and calendula. The Wild Rose “Q’elqel” workshop will be held Tues. July 11 at 2:30 pm in the Cooperative Extension Kitchen at the Lummi Main Campus. \nPre-registration is highly encouraged. This event is open to the community.
