Cooperative Extension, Outreach and Community Education

Northwest Indian College provides a sanctuary of learning that in many ways reflect the values of the communities in which they are in. We feel proud to communicate and interact with the various tribal council governments and communities to gain a better sense of the direction that each of the communities are going.  The Cooperative Extension Office follows the education philosophy of looking within each tribes' own culture and traditions to find solutions. Traditional knowledge and problem-solving techniques make our Extension programs accessible, appropriate and effective.

We offer community education and outreach through a variety of programs, workshops, classes and services.  To learn more click on the programs areas for more information.
