Justin Aceveda moves into Registrar role at NWIC

Justin previously served as Northwest Indian College’s First Year Experience Advisor for nearly three years, where he was an enthusiastic advisor and music tech coach based in Bellingham, WA. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Native Studies Leadership (’24) from NWIC, and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Adult and Higher Education from Western Washington University.

Committed to our students, Justin strives to be a positive role model and create a safe, encouraging environment at NWIC and in his home community of Juneau, AK.

“I am excited to transition to this new role as Registrar for NWIC and continue to steward the support needed for our students,” Justin said.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys reading, sound and art design, bushcraft, basketball and exploring new ideas and creative projects. He has a background in audio engineering, specializing in electronic music production.
